We are diligent in what we do – we are a team of expert witnesses working together across all of our projects with maximum professional care and independent quality control. We are also well aware of the potential damage that could be done to our clients despite all the precautions and safeguards built into our processes. We place the safety and security of our clients first and we take that with all seriousness. We appreciate the trust our clients put in us – we have taken out professional indemnity insurance with cover up to CZK 100 million.
Professional Affiliations and Memberships
Znalecká kancelář Dr. Ludvíka is a member of CzechInno – an association of legal entities established as a response to the 2009 post-crisis of economic development. Placing strong emphasis on the knowledge economy, innovation and innovation processes, CzechInno promotes all round development, innovative processes and everything that is closely related to the knowledge economy of the 21st century.
We are a member of Smart Pilsen Region Cluster – a voluntary association of private individuals and legal entities aiming to develop the Pilsen Region, raise public safety concerns, expand health and social services, increase environmental quality, and many other. Our membership mission is to contribute to a better quality of life in the Pilsen Region by linking a public service with new IT technologies and creating respective conditions.
We participate in the ZÉTA Programme Board – a programme run by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic to support innovation, research and development, bring together academic and business research and development activities and involve students and young researchers in applied research and development
We are affiliated with a number of other professional associations, such as Chamber of Commerce Prague 1 and Union of Data Protection Officers.
