Znalecká kancelář Dr. Ludvíka, s.r.o. offers a wide range of ICT consultation, advisory and expert witness services. We are an expert witness institute accredited by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic to pursue the practice of expert witnesses in the field of cybernetics (ICT), information economics and copyright. We are the only expert witness institute in the Czech Republic uniquely accredited to pursue the practice of expert witnesses in all fields associated with the ICT procurement process and its smooth progress. We provide comprehensive ICT-related expert opinions and services of ICT expert witnesses ourselves, with a strong record of quality and expertise. Our credentials can be verified through the register of expert witness institutes administrated by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. We render services to public and private entities alike.
